Steel Fabrication Equipment & Capabilities

Bulldog Ironworks operates a fully automated 55,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility in Waxahachie, TX, equipped with industrial-grade CNC machinery and overhead cranes with capacities from 5 to 30 tons. Our equipment allows us to take on structural steel projects of significant scale and complexity — from large commercial buildings to multi-story structures — while maintaining tight tolerances and fast turnaround.

  • FICEP Beam Line — automated drilling and beam line processing

  • CNC Plasma Cutting (300 Amp) — precision plasma cutting up to 1 1/4"

  • Pendinghause CNC Angle Master — automated angle cutting and processing

  • Ocean Liberator CNC Coping Machine — precision beam coping and cutting

  • Cincinnati Press Brake (400 Ton) — heavy-duty bending and forming

  • Cincinnati Press Brake (80 Ton, CNC Shear) — CNC-controlled shearing and bending

  • DoAll C916 Saw — structural steel cutting

  • GEKA Hydraulic 180-Ton Iron Worker — punching, shearing, and notching

  • Ocean Horizontal Band Saw — high-capacity material cutting

  • Full structural steel fabrication and welding capabilities
