Crystal Copepland

My name is Crystal Copeland, originally from Red Oak, TX, and I've called Italy, TX my home for the past 19 years. I married Nick II in 2002 after dating for five years. Joining Bulldog Ironworks in 2004 coincided with the birth of our oldest son, Jay, in 2005, allowing me to bring him to work with me.

Our family expanded with the arrival of another son, Hunter, in 2008. Jay recently graduated from high school and has joined Bulldog Ironworks as a welder, while Hunter is currently a sophomore at Italy High School.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and friends. I have a passion for crafting, camping, fishing, and traveling. Our annual highlight is our Caribbean cruise, a tradition we've upheld every summer since 2015. Nick and I have worked alongside each other for many years and plan to continue our partnership for many more.

We also prioritize taking long weekend trips together several times a year to unwind and enjoy each other's company away from the office. One of our greatest joys is watching our boys play baseball.

My name is James Nick Copeland II, although many know me simply as Nick or Nick Jr. I proudly represent the third generation of steel fabricators, having been involved in the industry since the tender age of 7. Over the years, I've gained experience in various aspects of construction, working in the field, the shop, and the office.

After graduating from high school in 1995, I transitioned into a full-time role at BD, dedicating myself to the family business. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with loved ones, whether it's with family or friends. My interests include hunting, fishing, cruising, and car mechanics, activities that allow me to unwind and embrace my passions.

Crystal and I share a love for travel, and whenever possible, we embark on adventures together, exploring new places and creating lasting memories.

Jasmin Ayub

My name is Jasmin Ayub I have been a member of the Bulldog Team since 2021. I handle all bidding as well as manage the projects for our company. I have been in the steel fabrication industry in the DFW area since 2016, I have hands on experience with fabrication and different steel applications as well as erection. 

Alaina Russell

I'm Alaina Russell, and at 42 years old, I'm passionate about what I do. Each person has a unique story, and mine took a remarkable turn when I was given a second chance to venture into a new industry, expand my knowledge, and ultimately thrive within it. Starting part-time, I swiftly transitioned into a management role within three months.

What I love most is the opportunity to tackle complex situations head-on and push through them with determination. From the moment I left my interview for this company, I knew it was where I belonged, and I haven't looked back since. While navigating the intricacies of this industry can be challenging, it's the sense of accomplishment at the end of each struggle that fuels my drive.

I'm fortunate to have the best work family on earth! 

Willie Cribbs

My name is William H. Cribbs. I was born and raised in Ellis County, Texas, and attended Midlothian, Texas Public Schools. I married my wife Nora in 1979.

I have more than four decades of experience in transportation, working as a driver, loader, and manager.

I enjoy spending time with my family. I hunt, fish, and camp with my grandsons, daughter, and son-in-law. I love working for Bulldog Ironworks because it's a family company. I am Crystal's father and Nick's father-in-law.

Here at Bulldog Ironworks, we are a team working together for a common goal of quality products and service.
